1. What is NytCap's mission?

A: Our primary mission is to provide great quality products and events that encourage and support the mentality of "staying up late to get done early".

2. To whom does the "stay up late to get done early"  mentality  apply?

A: Using  this fundamental logic applies to various lifestyles and can be diversified among various personality types to which our products contribute effective results that our end consumers appreciate and look forward to reordering.

3. From what countries does NytCap receive their merchandise?

A: We receive orders from mostly the US; but a few may ship from Canada, China or other international countries depending on cost, delivery time and quality.

4. How are shipping costs calculated for customers?

A: Various shipping rates apply based on each product's shipping source. However most US shipping costs are free to customers but may vary based on  available expedition options, storage locations and carrier costs. For more information on rate variations, please check out our Shipping Rates page.

5. What if my shipment is delayed?

A: Delayed shipments shall be made aware to all customers prior to any anticipated dates later than originally projected at the time of purchase. NytCap pledges to do the very best to deliver products in a timely fashion; however any products that are not delivered within original ETA and delayed ETA date are eligible for a refund without contest.

6. What is NytCaps standard return policy?

A: Standard returns are up to 30 days for merchandise (other than consumable or perishable); up to 14 days for consumable or perishable. All products returned in undamaged, original condition are eligible for store credit, eGift card, exchange for same or similar item of equal value.

NOTE:  For consumables, items consumed more than 10% of original order quantity are not eligible for return or refund. (Example: One can of a twelve pack (permitted); two cans (not permitted))

7.  Is there a restocking free if my item is returned?

A: A restocking fee of 20% is imposed on all orders that have been issued an  RMA number and have been received by our warehouses.  See Returns for more details.

How do I track my order after it is shipped?

A: NytCap follows up with an automatic email tracking system that alerts all customers of recent shipping, tracking and delivery progress.

8. If my order has a quantity that exceeds the available stock amount, how long will it take to restock my product?

A: We do our best to fulfill all orders to the customer's request; however if there is an item you like that hasn't met the quantity requested, we can send a partial order to sustain an immediate order and once stocked, fulfill the remainder in no more than 7-10 days.
